We quoted $380 in writing for full-system cleaning with register-level agitation. Guardsman rotary tools broke the matting loose; Nikro vacuum pulled it out in clumps. Mold Staining in Crawl Space Ducts Near Old Town
Old Town Lewisville has crawl spaces that stay humid eight months a year. This homeowner noticed a musty pulse when the AC cycled on. Failed Duct Sealing Causing Debris Accumulation in The Highlands
The Highlands home had “cleaned” ducts two years prior with a company that didn’t seal anything. We found gaps at every trunk connection pulling fiberglass and attic dust into the supply air.
